Shipping Policies

All packages are sent with USPS as either priority or first class mail. We ship orders within 24-28 hours of receiving them. All orders will come with a tracking number. Priority and First class mail typically arrives within 3-5 days. We cannot control the postal service or provide any more information to you regarding your package's current location or arrival date than you can see from your tracking number. If your order has not arrived in 30 days, we will then issue you a full refund.  

Refund & Return Policy

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and if you're not happy with your order we are happy to refund your purchase. To receive a 100% refund, the unopened item must be returned to us within a 7 day period. Proof of shipping with the 7 day period is more than enough. Like we can't control the postal service, we don't expect you to either. You will have to pay for shipping to send the item back initially, but upon proof that the item is being sent back, we will refund your purchase total and the shipping you had to pay to send it back. If you are unhappy with your item but aren't willing to send it back, we can only offer a 50% refund. 

**If an item arrives and is damaged during shipping, we will happily send you a replacement. If you would like a refund for the damaged item instead, we do require photo proof of the damaged item. This is only required by us since the postal service requires proof of damage in insurance claims. 

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchasing for a full refund. Since all orders ship within 24-48 hours after being placed, orders cannot be cancelled after the 24 hour period.
