Eating seasonally is what we as a farm and apothecary are all about. We believe that good local grown food, and natural herbal remedies, can lead to a sense of fulfillment in the kitchen, and feeling of goodness in the body, that a grocery store simply cannot provide.
Green Gardens is a way to experience the seasonal flavors of our farm through a spice blend. What grows in excess here changes from month to month, and since we craft this blend in small batches using what's grown the best in the moment, each time you order the flavor will be different and distinct.
