Our single herb oxymels start as fresh herbs grown own our small medicinal herb farm. Harvested in small batches and infused into apple cider vinegar and southeastern wildflower honey. When your order is placed, we bottle your oxymel and ship within 1-3 business days. 
 
Valerian Flower is found to have many of the same effects as the root, helping to bring on sleep. It has a much lighter influence however.
