Made famous by the herbalist Rosemary Gladstar, a basic fire cider recipe can include any variety of kitchen herbs and ingredients, and is then covered in apple cider vinegar to infuse and extract the beneficial components of the herbs and fruits.
Each Fire Cider recipe is different, but the majority of recipes include these three parts; fruit, fire, and “fixins”/herbs.
